NNO stands for National Network Origin. Each town has a known benchmark with precise Northing and Easting coordinates relative to that local origin used by surveyors in their field books.
The Minna Datum is Nigeria's official geodetic datum based on the Clarke 1880 ellipsoid. It uses a towgs84 shift of -92, -93, 122 to convert to WGS84. All official Nigerian survey work references this datum.

UTM Zone 31N covers western Nigeria (roughly west of 6°E) including Lagos, Ogun and Oyo states. Zone 32N covers eastern Nigeria including Abuja and Kano. Ogun State falls primarily in Zone 31N.
