ConverterHub ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes our practices at converterhub.com.ng.

The vast majority of our tools (PDF conversion, image editing, coordinate conversion, OCR, etc.) run entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device.

2. Information We Collect

  • Usage data via Google Analytics: Page views, session duration, device type, browser, country. Aggregated and anonymised.
  • Contact form submissions: Your name, email and message if you contact us. Used solely to respond.
  • Advertising data via Google AdSense: Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads. See Section 5.

We do not collect files you upload, coordinates you enter, passwords you generate, or any content processed by our tools.

3. File Processing & Tool Data

All file processing is performed client-side — meaning it runs in JavaScript in your browser on your own device:

  • Files you upload are never sent to any server
  • Coordinates, financial figures and text remain on your device
  • Downloaded output files are generated locally by your browser
  • We have no technical ability to access or store any content you process

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. It collects anonymised data including pages visited, device type, and approximate region.

You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

5. Google AdSense & Advertising

We use Google AdSense (Publisher ID: ca-pub-5268090468184213) to display advertisements. Google may use the DoubleClick cookie to serve ads based on your browsing behaviour.

6. Cookies

  • Essential: Dark mode and language preferences. No personal data.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics): Anonymised usage statistics.
  • Advertising (Google AdSense): DoubleClick and similar identifiers for ad targeting.

A cookie consent banner appears on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

ConverterHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us at dannynova32@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
